Niñas lloran por no tener boleto para Justin Bieber refers to a video and a series of parodies of a group of girls crying right after the tickets of a Justin Bieber concert in Monterrey sold out.
Origin
The original video was aired in a News Broadcaster in Nuevo Leon, Mexico; the video includes a News Anchorman interviewing a group of girls that missed getting tickets for the concert. The whole video was uploaded to YouTube in August 11, 2011.

The video/notice was uploaded to other websites including Tosh.0 Community [1], Taringa[2], and El Siglo de Durango[3].
"El dinero de los boletos era para mis XV años"
One of the popular catchphrases from the video was "El dinero de los boletos era para mis XV años"(spanish for "The tickets money were for mi 15th birthday party") [NOTE: "XV Años" Is a type of birthday party in Latin America, this birthday is celebrated differently from any other birthday, as it "marks the transition from childhood to young womanhood" [4]], and a Facebook fan-page[5] was made.
