Go and Get Me Another Beer Faggot is a redraw meme based on a piece of art depicting Medusa Gorgon from Soul Eater throwing a beer bottle at Crona's head and telling them, "Go and get me another beer faggot." The artwork was originally posted to X / Twitter by @supagalaxygyatt in late December 2024 and was shared alongside the hashtag "#womeninmalefields". It became the subject of redraws that month, inspiring numerous popular examples. The original artwork is inspired by the Shinji Throwing a Bottle at Asuka meme.
Origin
On December 24th, 2024, X[1] artist @supagalaxygyatt posted a piece of art under the hashtag, "#womeninmalefields." The art depicts Medusa Gorgon from Soul Eater throwing a beer bottle at the back of Crona's head, telling them, "Go and get me another beer faggot." The post garnered over 61,000 likes and 7,300 reposts in six days.
According to the artist, the meme is inspired by a variation of the Shinji Throwing a Bottle at Asuka meme.[2]
Spread
The image became the subject of redraws over the following days. One of the earliest examples was posted by X[3] user @phosrocks on December 26th, 2024, depicting the scene with characters from Pokemon, garnering over 9,500 likes in four days.
On December 28th, X[4] user @ProtoNeron posted a version of the meme depicting the characters as GLaDOS and Wheatley from Portal, garnering over 58,000 likes in two days.
