A Circus Kiss is an explicit slang term popularized on TikTok and Urban Dictionary that means to light a fire on someone's anus and then lick it out. Circus Kiss became a Don't Google trend in July 2024 due to many reaction videos on TikTok.

Origin

On February 15th, 2021, Urban Dictionary^[1] user Circus kiss king uploaded a definition for the term "circus kiss," writing, "Lighting a fire around the anus and putting it out with your tongue." Over three years, the definition received six likes and 24 dislikes (shown below).

Internet users discovered the "circus kiss" definition in July 2024 following viral TikToks^[2] about the similarly named Snowball Kiss. The first known viral video about the term was shared by TikToker^[3] @_n0_nam3____ on July 12th, who used a video of streamer Caseoh, captioning it, "I JUST FOUND OUT WHAT A CIRCUS KISS IS," receiving over 782,200 plays and 124,700 likes in three days (shown below).

Viral reactions to the term persisted on TikTok going into July 2024. For instance, on July 13th, TikToker^[4] @bruh.idkk_33 posted a similar video with a shocked cat reaction, captioned, "Me after finding out what the circus kiss is," gaining over 110,200 plays in two days (shown below).
