Companies When Pride Month Ends refers to a series of memes parodying the quick abandonment of the pride flag logos and any other symbols indicating LGBTQ+ support by major companies after the end of the Pride Month.
Origin
On June 30th, 2019, LGBTQ+ Pride Month 2019 came to an end. On the following day, companies such as AT&T, IBM, PETA, Xbox and others which had temporarily logos based on the design of the pride flag set through June 2019, switched back to their original logos.
The rapid abandonment of any association with the LGBTQ+ movement by the companies spawned memes on Instagram, Twitter and Reddit. On June 30th, 2019, Redditor Reilers posted the earliest known meme based on I Don't Even Know Who You Are macro in anticipation of the Pride Month end, gaining over 61,900 upvotes in three days (shown below).[1]

In the following days, more memes making fun of companies' disinterest in support for the LGBTQ+ movement were posted online, including posts on Reddit, Twitter and Instagram. For example, a July 1st post by Redditor Jaxynw gained over 68,400 upvotes in two days (shown below, left).[2] A post by Instagram user humanity.gone24 gained over 13,700 views and 4,900 likes in one day (shown below, right).[3]
