About

You Can't Count On Anyone, Especially Your Heroes is an exploitable meme taken from a scene from The Incredibles.

Origin

The scene is from the 2004 Disney/Pixar film The Incredibles. In the scene, Mr. Incredible is briefly captured by Syndrome. While captured, Syndrome (Buddy Pines) talks about himself and his past with Mr. Incredible (shown below), saying that he learned that "You can't count on anyone, especially your heroes." and takes down the framed portrait of Mr. Incredible he had mounted on the wall.
