Spread
In February 2016, the YouTube channel GiIvaSunner began uploading videos which appeared to be pieces of video game music, but were actually mashed up with other songs. Included among the recurring pieces of music used was Snow Halation. The song became controversial, as many of GiIvaSunner's fans perceived it as forced or catering only to weeaboos. Meanwhile other mashups of the song exist on communities such as Soundcloud as joke mashups or "Soundclowns."
