About
Gamer Epstein or Jeffrey Epstein Gaming refers to a series of memes about Jeffrey Epstein being a gamer, inspired by several documents released as part of the Epstein Files released in early 2026, including a notice that his Xbox Live account was banned, an email about buying Fortnite VBucks, an email that suggests Epstein supported microtransactions in Call of Duty games and an email in which he sends Five Nights at Freddy's adult animations to someone.
The memes were popularized in late January 2026, including memes that reframe viral gamer rage clips as being recorded by Epstein, AI videos showing Epstein gaming and a phrasal template meme mocking the style of Epstein's emails. Many of the memes portray Epstein as a toxic gamer.
Origin
On January 30th, 2026, about 3.5 million of the Epstein Files were released by the DOJ. That day, the @AFpost X[1] page shared an email from Microsoft that can be found in the files notifying Jeffrey Epstein that his account was banned from Xbox Live, garnering over 75,000 likes and 6,800 reposts in four days.
Shortly after the post was made, X users began posting memes, largely in the quote-retweets, about Epstein being a gamer.
One early example was posted by X[2] user @ImperiumFirst on January 30th, sharing an edit of Epstein sitting at a computer gaming under the caption, "Keep running riot shield and you're getting noobtubed ո-----," garnering over 107,000 likes in four days.
Spread
The memes continued to spread over the following days as further evidence of Jeffrey Epstein being a gamer surfaced online.
On January 30th, 2026, X[3] user @bloutgoggles quoted the @AFpost tweet with a clip of someone playing Call of Duty while yelling slurs, writing, "How Jeffery Epstein was moving in those Xbox Live lobbies," garnering over 115,000 likes in four days.
That day, X[4] user @ShitpostRock posted an excerpt from the files showing an email where Epstein sent a 4chan /gif/ link to FNAF adult animations to Karyna Shuliak, garnering over 11,000 likes in four days.
