Tom Tucker Walking Slow or Tom Tucker Aura Walk is a series of memes based on a scene of the character Tom Tucker from Family Guy walking slowly down a high school hallway with blue lockers behind him. The scene originates from Family Guy season three, episode eight, "The Kiss Seen Around The World," released in 2001. In March 2026, the scene was popularized as the subject of video edits and memes, including jokes about Tom Tucker's walk having aura, and Accuracy Reenactment memes.

Origin

On August 29th, 2001, Family Guy season three, episode eight aired. In the episode, Meg Griffin takes on an internship at the local news station under reporter Tom Tucker. Meg has a crush on Tom. In one scene near the beginning of the episode, Meg encounters Tom as he walks through the high school's hallway. As he walks away from her, he walks in slow motion. It is then revealed that Tom simply walks extremely slowly.^[1]

In early 2026, the subject became an increasing subject of memes on TikTok. One of the earliest examples was posted on February 6th, 2026, by TikToker^[2] @theofficialmma, sharing a clip of UFC fighter Mark Hunt knocking out Frank Mir under the caption, "Folk ts fryin me, bro thinks he's THE Tom Tucker," followed by an edited clip of Tom walking that also references the Son 😭😭😭😭😭 meme, gaining over 258,000 views in a month.
